Let's talk about your pits and peaks of the month and make sure you're on track!
The Body assessment is an analysis of the client’s height, weight, lean body, fat mass, basal metabolic rate, and other health biomarkers.
Your coach will put you through a variety of mobility and strength tests to identify any prior injuries, strengths, and/or weaknesses.
Depending on your experience level, your coach will test your aerobic or anaerobic capacity.
